I did have to take it off and bend the bracket a few degrees out so that my XM antenna stood straight. Other than that, to mount it, I just removed the two bolts holding the curb mirror to the top of the door, set the P4 mount in place on the door, and ratchet the bolts snug to the door. No drilling as the P4 mounting holes match perfectly to the Pete's mirror mount holes. Very solid mount. No vibration going down the road. High quality!
